Accomplishments include:

- Created detailed functional requirements documents
- Directly managed and co-managed relationships with 3rd-party vendors
- Worked closely with MediaFLO USA (MUI) to help define their requirements for a broadcast management system (BMS) that would work with MediaFLO, and worked with vendors and MUI to to qualify potential solutions and make a final selection.
- Helped the MUI content team with tools and processes in order to create an efficient workflow that would support best-possible video and audio encoding quality
- Submitted multiple patents related to content processing and delivery

Created product requirements based on competitive requirements and customer feedback. Worked closely with engineering to create technical specifications based on those requirements. Drove on-time shipment by facilitating communication between groups, and by quickly resolving roadblocks as they occurred.
Accomplishments:
- Delivered two major releases of three products in seven languages
- Drove 500X improvement in pvAuthor reliability
- Led creation of detailed business case for potential homeland security opportunities, and presented conclusions to executive staff
- Researched and presented options and costs for SMIL (Synchronized Multimedia Integration Language) support in platform
